Obsidian in Silver Light
Deep black and dark grey give this Obsidian – Candlelight holder a bold presence, brightened by silvery-white reflections along its top and sides. Curved ridges cross the glossy surface, while rough, uneven edges give its broadly rectangular outline a rugged character.
At its heart, a round recess has a grainy inner wall.
The contrasts suggest a miniature garden at dusk, its dark terraces gathered around a pale courtyard. In that imagined landscape, the gleaming curves become paths between shadowed beds, all leading towards the round recess enclosed by its textured grey border.
